Personality
Clover is reserved and prefers to watch others rather than talking to them. She's not an emotional person, and is especially emotionally distant to those she doesn't know well. She prefers talking through her actions rather than her words. She's protective of the ones she loves, and won't hesitate to act even if it'll hurt her. She's observant and quick to notice things, and will call something out if she thinks it's wrong.
She doesn't like to beat around the bush, and will get right to the point. She's easy to aggravate, and tends to get snappy. When Clover hears some interesting gossip going around, she can get a little too nosy, and has become quite good at digging up info on things when she's bored. It's something she likes to do in her free time since she doesn't have as much energy as she use to. When she's feeling up to it, Clover likes to take long walks around the park.
Appearance
Clover is toned and stands at 5'6. She has a preference for comfortable clothing, but likes to dress up in formal clothes when going somewhere fancy. She'd pick a tuxedo over a dress anyday though. Her natural hair is wavy, though she's straightened it out back when she did assassin work.

Backstory
General CW: This isn't a happy backstory
As a little kid, Clover was always spending time with her parents, Veronica and Archi! She liked hanging out with her family more than playing by herself or with her friends. She'd always try and get them to play cards, video games, or something else. She was disappointed when she heard she was getting a little brother, but once Ace was old enough to play card games with her, she took a liking to him. She decided she'd teach Ace all that she knew, even if they bickered about the rules sometimes. She eventually tricked him into thinking 52 card pick up was a real game!
Clover discovered her magic as a young teen when other kids her age were showing off what they could do. While she tried to do the same things they were doing, she eventually used the same kind of magic as one of the other kids. The next day, she was confused when she ended up doing some other magic than the day before. She was quick to look into what happened, and soon learned that she had one of the rarer kinds of magic in the Whimsical Class known as Copycat. She quickly started to try out all kinds of magic! She was ecstatic when her brother found out he had invisibility magic, and would often copy his to practice.
During high school, Clover got interested in fixing all kinds of things that broke down. From house repairs to cars, she found it interesting to hear about how these problems were fixed, and ended up looking more into it after she graduated. It didn't take her long to get a job as a mechanic, and she even looked into the more common house repairs so she could have that handy as a just in case. During the day, Clover would spend her time at the mechanic shop, fixing cars and chatting with the customers. During the night, after she hit twenty one, her friends would talk her into going to Unity Casino. She quickly found her magic useful there when she noticed some patrons that had the ability to control luck. She quickly used that to her advantage to score a guaranteed jackpot here and there.
It didn't take long for Clover's clever idea to be noticed by the staff who run the casino. They sung praises to her for figuring out such a smart way to cheat the system, and even offered her a job to help them. Once Clover brought up the fact that she preferred fixing things, they later came back and offered her a job fixing broken machinery in the casino, and even let her try it out one night, paying her for her time. Clover quickly began to like this idea, and soon started working at the casino.
After working at the casino for a couple years, Clover noticed how some of the people she worked with were acting a little different around her. She didn't think anything of it when she was asked to teach someone how to use Copycat since they had the same magic as her. Not long after that, Clover heard the others talking. How she could be useful to them and help with the plan. She was good at acting, and acted like she hadn't heard a single whisper. She was eventually approached about a promotion, and looking back on it now, Clover wishes she never took it.
It was too late to back out. Clover quickly found out that she had been working for the Blackjacks, and she couldn't get out of it now, no matter what she tried. She was taught how to use her magic for the wrong purposes, to harm others and take the lives of those who'd stand in the way of the Blackjacks. Her family's lives were on the line if she didn't do as they asked. She swore she'd do whatever she could to keep them safe, and did what the Blackjacks wanted.
While Clover hated working with the Blackjacks, she did find a small group of people who were manipulated like she was, and quickly became friends with them. They'd think of ways to get out of their situation, and even hang out when they were sure the gang wouldn't find them. She was eventually told of the Assassin's Guild. One of her friends worked for the guild doing lower level things. She didn't understand until she was taken to the guild.
Clover learned that the Assassin's Guild has two levels to it. It was one hub of many, widespread across Cholpon and connected by forged bonds. Small factions worked almost like families, neighbors helping each other along their own respective journeys. There was an underside to it, of course, a level of work only spoken of in whispers, but most seemed willing to accept that as part of their reality in exchange for the family they found in the guild.
One day after Ace graduated high school, Clover caught him snooping around the casino and questioned him. At first she thought it'd be simple questions about how casinos worked and what games they had to play there. She was caught off guard when her brother asked her exactly why she stayed out so late some nights. Unable to dodge the question, she told Ace about what was going on, and made him promise not to drag their parents into her problem. Ace was outraged, only calming down when Clover promised to teach him self defense, and to keep him updated on the Blackjacks.
Over the next few years, Clover taught Ace self defense, and even told him about the friends she made that she's plotting with. She made him promise to protect their parents if something were to ever happen to her. After Clover heard the Blackjacks were planning something big, Clover talked to her friends about Ace's training, and came to a hesitant decision of teaching Ace some more fatal self defense techniques in case the Blackjacks went after him or their parents. She begged him not to use these skilled unless necessary.
Clover tried looking into what the Blackjacks were planning, but she was caught snooping around and was dealt with. Forbidden water Elementalism caused her severe internal damage after a fight that led to a broken leg. She was left to die in an alley way. Luckily for her, Ace found her and brought her to the hospital. Clover doesn't remember much of what happened, but she remembers how she felt. She lost a lung, was blinded in her left eye, and has a limp due to her leg not healing correctly. She moved back in with her parents, making up a story about what happened, and went back to the mechanic shop once she was fully healed.
Clover hated when Ace told her that he was planning on joining the Assassins Guild to avenge her. She did all she could to talk him out of it, but Ace wouldn't budge. She eventually gave up, and gave him the contact information of her friends that she knew she could trust. Once he moved out and got his own place and a job he stuck with, Clover partially moved in with him so she could keep and eye on him. She liked being able to move between his house and her parents' house. She also asked her friends to keep an eye on him, and do their best to keep him from doing level two assassin work.
Nowadays, Clover has come to the hard decision to cut tie with her brother. She still can't believe he let Chance, a former Blackjack, live with him! She secretly keeps tabs on him to make sure he's alright.
